How do I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive an email confirming shipment along with a tracking number for orders $20.00 or more.

When will my order be shipped once I place an order?

If you order using a major credit card, we will ship within two days or less. If you place your order using our Offline Order Form, your order will be shipped once your check has cleared which usually takes about five business days.

How do I know if there is a back order on items I order?

You will be notified via email.

If there is a back order on items I ordered, will my credit card be charged?

No. Your credit card is authorized for the amount of your order. Your credit card is charged on the date of shipment.

If I receive a wrong item, will I be credited for shipping and handling?

Yes. If we goof by sending you incorrect items, we will credit your account shipping charges you Incur for the return.

Is my email address protected?

Absolutely. We do not engage in selling or sharing email address or any customer information to anyone.

What is the best way to care for my Hosiery Source products whether they are tights or sheers?

To help extend the life and wear of hosiery, always wash with cold water. Wear a pair of dishwashing gloves to prevent snags. Use mild liquid detergent and squeeze into hosiery. Squeeze out water. Do not twist. Hang dry. Also, the Carolon Health Supportâ and Perfect Pairâ products include additional washing instructions.

If I'm not satisfied, how do I return an item?

Our mission is customer satisfaction. Simply return the product within 30 days of shipment date in its original package intact and along with the shipping invoice in the same manner it was delivered to ensure tracking. Please include an explanation with the return. Prompt refunds will be done in the same way it was paid.
